The collection and processing of your common personal data (name, surname, country, city, postcode, telephone, email address and other personal data) are carried out by the owner as part of the contact process with Dr. Jean-Marc Guichet in order to from:

• start the contact process;
• have an informative basis for the first appointment.

Personal data are provided directly by the interested parties through data collection forms, including computerized ones.

3. Processing methods

Your personal data will be processed according to principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency.

The provision of data is optional, but necessary for the execution of the services and, in particular, to allow the start of the contact process. Failure to consent to the use of data for contact purposes does not affect navigation, but will have the sole consequence of the impossibility for the Data Controller to initiate the contact process.

The Data Controller may process common data, such as, for example, navigation data, personal data, telematic and telephone references, exclusively for the purposes indicated.

• professionals (independent Owners), banking institutions, insurance institutions, brokers.

The Data Controller has no intention of transferring your personal data to a third country outside the European Union, however it reserves the right to use cloud services in accordance with the provisions of Articles 44 and following of the GDPR.

5. Duration of storage of personal data.

Your data will be processed for the period of time allowed, or imposed, by the applicable regulations for the provision of the service and for the time necessary to ensure legal protection, both for you and for the Data Controller, from a contractual and extra-contractual point of view.

6. Rights of the interested party

At any time you have the right to request access to your data from the Data Controller, as well as the correction or cancellation of the same.

You have the right to request the limitation of the processing or to oppose it.

You have the right, at any time, to revoke any consent expressed for marketing purposes (opt-out) by writing to the following email address info@drguichet.com.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, the Guarantor for the protection of personal data (www.garanteprivacy.it), based in Rome, if you believe that your rights have been violated.

The Data Controller does not in any way use automated decision-making processes concerning his personal data.
